Spectrum AMT is seeking a motivated entry-level Process Planner to join the Process Engineering team at Spectrum AMT in Colorado Springs, Colorado. This position will be responsible for generating detailed process plans to convert customer requirements into step-by-step work instructions (production travelers) for the manufacturing team. The position will work closely with the Process Engineering team, Program Management, and Production team, and report directly to the Process Engineering Manager.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Process-oriented, methodical approach to problem solving
- Detailed review and understanding of technical drawings, statements of work, customer specifications, etc.
- Coordinate and communicate between functions for projects/programs as required
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in high-reliability Circuit Card Assembly strongly preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
- Ability to work in cross-functional teams to accomplish goals
- Knowledge of J-STD-001 and NASA-STD-8739.1 standards preferred
- Experience operating in an AS1900 and/or ISO 9001:2015 registered facility a plus
- Capable of using MS Office tools such as MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Computer skills required: (Microsoft Office Suite, NetSuite preferred)
